Onda V919 Dual Os

I have just Purchased this tablet from tinydeal.com after buying it and being told it wasn't in stock i finally received it yesterday only to find it doesn't work. Every time i press the screen it turns the screen off i finally go into it by using a keyboard only to find out that someone else s personal details where stored on it. Just when I thought things couldn't get worse it suddenly died it wont charge and now turns straight back off.

When trying to speak with tinydeal they don't seem to care or be bothered to help me at all and have now just ignored me.
I would warn anyone who is going to purchase this tablet be careful who you buy it from in case it is faulty.
